The OP attached a photo from Audrey’s Instagram story, posted on February 14. The photo features a black and white photo of Leon beaming at the camera. Audrey wrote, “i love love love this valentine!! i like you & I love you!” over it.

The OP is correct in that Leon didn’t make a unique Valentine’s Day post of their own. However, they did repost Audrey’s story. It seems highly indicative that they’re still happily married and in love.
