Christine Brown Demands Kody Plays Nice
When Christine filed the lawsuit this week, Sister Wives fans learned that Kody Brown is not on Truely Brown‘s birth certificate as her father. So, along with establishing the paternity of Truely, she also wants child support. That hits the father of 18 in his wallet. But what else comes along with this could change the fabric of the show.
Christine Brown filed another document called a domestic relations injunction. This stops both parties from harassment, and domestic violence, along with several other things.
This injunction also stops Kody and Christine from saying things “demeaning” or “disparaging” about each other. But, many Sister Wives fans know Kody already crossed that line in the past few seasons.
Sister Wives: That Ship Sailed for Christine
Kody Brown targeted Christine Brown with some demeaning words about their marriage and even her weight in the past. Fans tune in to watch him in action, and the drama brings them back.
Sister Wives fans discuss the nasty things that have already come out of Kody’s mouth about Christine and the other wives, like Janelle Brown. Fans surfaced with their thoughts on many of the different scenes.
The viewers mentioned one scene several times. It is the one with Kody Brown, “When he panted like a dog and said Janelle and Christine were like ‘pick me, pick me’”.
Will a Gag Order for Kody Impact the Show?
Sister Wives fans brought up Kody’s past derogatory remarks about Christine. They mentioned his demeaning references to her weight and even some of the disparaging things he said about their marriage.
Fans didn’t seem to fall short of finding examples of Kody’s humiliating words about Christine Brown. But Sister Wives fans also point out that she wasn’t the only wife he aimed at with less-than-stellar words.
All three original wives were the target of some cruel spiels. So, if the court grants Christine’s domestic relations injunction against Kody, this likely will impact how he talks and behaves on the show. At the very least, when talking about her.
Fans want to see Christine get the respect she deserves. But, you have to wonder if they would continue to tune in without the drama of Kody acting irate toward his three ex-wives.
If this injunction is granted, it could stifle Kody Brown. So, some fans believe Sister Wives could take a hit. This might work as a roadblock for some of the drama they’ve been used to seeing on the TLC series.
