Janelle Brown Shares Devastating Farm Update
During Season 19 of Sister Wives, Janelle Brown was ready to buy some land. Since she had left the plural family, she no longer wanted to build on Coyote Pass. She had hoped that her ex-husband, Kody Brown, would sell the land and give her a portion of the proceeds. Or she wondered if he would just buy her and his other ex-wife, Meri Brown, out. Yet, he claimed he could not afford to pay off Janelle and Meri unless he sold Robyn Brownâs mansion. The ladies ended up realizing he would never be honest with them, so they had to get a lawyer.

In the meantime, Janelle and her daughter, Maddie Brown Brush, looked at land in Montana. Then, they settled on a flower farm in North Carolina. Maddie already lived in NC, so Janelle opted to leave Flagstaff and join her. They started to sell merchandise related to Taeda Farms, which is what they named their land, but fans wondered if there would be more. It seems that they were hoping to start planting ASAP, but unfortunately, that has all been derailed. She shared that unforeseen circumstances have led them to move the farm to the backyard:
âDue to holdups, hang-ups, and the wildly unpredictable world of coastal NC permitting (bless it), our big garden dreams are heading⊠to the backyard.â
Maddie and Caleb had a large chicken coop back there, but it is being transformed into their dream for the time being.
The Sister Wives star showed her son-in-law working on the ground and the space they were allotted. It appears fairly spacious and is a good starting point. One follower who saw this is a contractor in North Carolina and was curious about their permit issues.
Making It Happen
Sister Wives fans were excited for Janelle Brown and her family as they loved how they were making it work. It did not matter the circumstances, they were going to get to growing regardless:
- So great that you are putting it where the chicken coop was because the soil is gonna be nice and fertile!â€ïž
- You are all so good at adapting to whatever life throws at you.
- Start where you are with what you haveđȘđŒ Its such a learning curve, something new every season, this will be the perfect trial year.
- Pivots are inevitable, youâre doing a great job! Keep moving forward đâ€ïžđ
There was a lot of praise, but fans are also excited to see the finished product. It will be interesting to see if Janelleâs new farm plays into the last Season 19 episodes.
