90 Day Fiance: Brandon Gibbs & Julia Trubkina’s Story So Far

The previous episode of 90 Day: The Last Resort Season 2 featured Julia and Brandon helping other couples fix their marriages. According to Julia, Brandon asked Gino what it would take for him to rekindle his intimacy with Jasmine. Gino revealed that he had no interest in being intimate with Jasmine again, even if she changed her behavior.

Some 90 Day Fiance fans think Brandon and Julia also need help as much as the other couples. Brandon is still dealing with the aftermath of his wife’s confession about kissing her ex-boyfriend more than five years ago when they were still in a long-distance relationship. Brandon told the therapist, “I think that Julia, this was probably weighing heavy on her and it’s something she felt she needed to get off her chest, which I can understand.” But at the same time, he thinks it was selfish for him to just not want to know, adding, “Because she could have taken that to her grave.”

Brandon Shares Huge Life Changes After Father’s Cancer

Brandon Gibbs took to social media to share a photo from his recent outdoor trip with his parents, Ron and Betty. According to the 90 Day Fiance star, he doesn’t usually respond to negativity. However, he believes that it’s never right to have a mindset of not being close to his parents, which is something that he’s been criticized for.

Brandon also said that he was given love and support growing up. Due to this, he believes Ron and Betty deserve to be loved back. Brandon said that his love for his parents dramatically improved when his father was diagnosed with cancer in 2022, adding that he now values every minute he has with them.

  90 Day Fiance: Brandon Gibbs’ Father Gets Treated

  In February 2022, Brandon Gibbs revealed that his father was dealing with a mysterious illness, which was later diagnosed to be a tumor that has cancer. Ron himself shared the story, saying that they learned about it in 2020 when he had a colonoscopy. He said, “Well, they did find a small tumor. It was diagnosed as cancer.”

  

  Fortunately, Ron was a warrior and quickly recovered after his surgery. They were glad that they caught the tumor early and only did 30 days of chemotherapy. The 90 Day Fiance star continued, “I did a CT scan about 30 days after that and at this point in time, I am free and clear of any cancer thanks to my good doctors.” But he assures everyone that he’s still doing regular checkups after becoming cancer-free.
